Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 18 September 2026. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the website at https://fairlsd.com/ and any order you place with Fair LSD (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the site or completing a purchase you agree to these Terms.

2. Research-use only

Research chemical products offered in our psychedelics shop are sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes. They are not intended for human consumption, medical use, veterinary use, or any form of ingestion, inhalation, or topical application on humans or animals.

By ordering research products you confirm that:

you understand the research-use framing of those products;
you will not use them for human or animal consumption;
you are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including import, possession, and handling rules in your jurisdiction;
product information on the site is for scientific and informational context and is not medical, legal, or safety advice for recreational use.

3. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account or place an order. Checkout includes an age self-attestation. We may refuse or cancel orders if we reasonably believe you do not meet this requirement or that an order is placed in bad faith.

4. Accounts

If you create a customer account you must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Products, descriptions, and availability

We aim for accurate product titles, chemistry notes, and lab-related information. Images are illustrative. Stock, formulations, and listings may change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, restricted, or incorrectly priced.

6. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we send order confirmation (or when payment is confirmed for prepaid methods), subject to stock and legal checks. We may cancel before dispatch if a product cannot be supplied lawfully or safely to your destination.

7. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro (EUR) unless stated otherwise and may change before you place an order. Checkout shows the total payable, including any shipping shown at that step. Available payment methods (for example bank transfer) are displayed at checkout. Orders paid by bank transfer may be held until funds clear.

8. Shipping and destination restrictions

Delivery options, estimated times, and destination restrictions are shown on product pages and/or at checkout. Research products may not ship to every country. You are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and for any local customs, import, or handling rules that apply to you.

Risk of loss passes according to the carrier terms applicable to your shipment once the parcel is handed to the carrier, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

9. Merchandise

Our merchandise shop sells apparel and cultural goods that are not research chemicals. Merchandise is still subject to these Terms except where section 2 (research-use only) clearly does not apply. Care labels and size information should be followed; colour and print may vary slightly from photos.

10. Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are described in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to circumvent security or age checks, scrape the shop in a way that harms service stability, submit false order data, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access where we reasonably suspect abuse.

12. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, product photography, and copy belong to Fair LSD or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of pages you lawfully access.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided as described at the time of sale. Research products are tools for qualified research contexts; we do not warrant suitability for any particular experiment or outcome. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable EU/EEA law.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fair LSD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from misuse of research products (including any use contrary to section 2). Our aggregate liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited (for example death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

15. Privacy and cookies

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Cookie preferences can be managed via the consent tools on the site.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date on this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for future visits and orders, unless mandatory law requires a different process.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence within the EU/EEA. Courts in Berlin, Germany have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory forum rights you have as a consumer.
